Before focusing on systems and technology, I ran a creative agency handling web, e-commerce, and digital campaigns across multiple industries. That experience taught me one thing: most business problems aren't about effort — they're about structure.
That's what led me to where I am today — working as a strategic partner for a multi-branch aesthetic clinic in Surabaya, while building Selvra, a vertical SaaS platform for the same industry. Both are proof that good systems, thoughtfully built, create real business outcomes.
