Building since 2007. Still one person.
Most specialists are hired for one layer — design, or code, or ads. The problem is that those layers aren't separate. A site that doesn't understand the funnel fails. Ads that don't fit the brand confuse. Systems that ignore how the team works get abandoned.

Questions I hear most often from business owners
How long until the system is live?
Depends on scale, but you typically see the first module running in weeks, not years. I work in phases — no big promise upfront then disappearing mid-project.
We already use other software — do we have to replace everything?
No. I audit what still works first, then build only what's missing. What matters is connected data, not throwing away what still functions.
Is my business data safe with one person holding it?
That's the point — one person fully accountable and transparent, not scattered across vendors who pass the buck when something breaks.
What's the investment?
It varies by complexity. I prefer to talk first to understand the problem, then give a number that makes sense — not a template rate card.
